Set Up Steps

Step 1:  Add Location (Optional)

Create locations to track the physical location of your asset.  Examples: My House, Jane's House, Basement, Attic, etc.

Step 2: Add Storage (Optional)

Create storage items to track the container your asset is located in.  Examples: Bin A for bin labeled "A", Crown Awards Box for a box labeled "Crown Awards", etc.  Storage is optional and can be used to more accurately identify the location of an asset.

Step 3: Add Asset

Your assets.  Keep track of the location, storage, quantity of your assets.  Examples: 1st Place Medals, 3" Cylinder Vases, etc.

Locations

How to Add a Location

1. Select Locations

2. Tap on the plus symbol

3. Enter the name of the location

4. (Optional) Enter the address and photo of the location

5. Tape Save

How to Edit a Location

1.  Select Locations

2. Tap on the location you want to edit

3. Tap on the edit symbol

4. [ADD DETAIL]

Storage

How to Add a Storage

1. Select Storage

2. Tap on the plus symbol

3. Enter the Id of the storage
   This is unique identifier for your storage item.  Recommended values to use are numbers, otherwise you can also use barcodes or any other value that is unique to your storage item.

4. Enter the Name
   This is the label that will appear in your list of storage items.

5. (Optional) Select the location.
   Tap on the location field and a popup will display the locations you've added.

6. (Optional) Upload/Take 1st Photo of Storage
   Tap on the camera icon.
   Select to Take a Photo or Choose from Existing which will let you choose from your photo library

7. Tape Save

How to Add an Asset

1. Select Asset

2. Tap on the plus symbol

3. Enter the Name of the Asset
   Enter a brief description of the asset.  Examples are coffee mugs, clipboard, 3rd place ribbon, etc.

4. (Optional) Enter the description of the asset
   This is where you can enter a longer more detailed description of your asset.  An example would be Black coffee mug with white logo.

5. Enter quantity

6. Tape Save
